Upld is up 3% in the first 45 minutes of trading. Doing a little math, it really doesn't matter if we get 10% of our shares converted or 50% converted on a buyout which I think we all believe that is going to happen. 10% of our shares we get more money per share. 50% of our shares converted we get less money per share. It all works out the same. Just as long as we get in the game!!! With this sudden interest in Upland, hopefully things are coming to fruition
