Agreed. The most frustrating thing for me is how we were treated by the very people whom we supported and trusted with our money. For them to so callously just disregard us will stay with me forever, for it is not the way to treat people.

There was never an apology from Randy or Stephen, just a clear cut stroke of the pen on numerous occasions that devalued our assets, removing all possibility of a C7, only for those very same assets to be accounted for in the new valuation and will be used at the mine when it re-opens. It beggars belief the US Justice system allows this shit to happen. I am hopeful the Third Circuit actually reads the dockets filed, then acts within the law to overturn this absolutely disgusting and corrupt theft of the largest gold and silver mine in the US.
