My views mean little, the market however is the arbiter of truth and knowledge. Given the company diluted by 50% and the stock is pretty much flat, it's blatantly clear that the market has done the same math and view the acquisition as at least break even. Clearly, if it didn't the market would sell off the stock to account for the dilution- this is common sense and basic market knowledge.

The market is clearly disagreeing with your opinion!

I'll let it decide who's view is correct on this matter!
