How are other lawsuit settlements funded? Can they go after principles of the company at that time? If no funds, show documentation to that effect. Force them to show there hand. Show what they did with money, etc.. Show the impropriety and possible wrong doing by officers at that time. A former employee is filing suit against former CEO, so that would be a start. Company based on lies. No action allows the perpetrators to move on to other similar ventures possibly and start over again.
