Not a single mention of the Columbia (sic) agreement.

If it appeared in the 10-Q they should spell it correctly
(Colombia) because it's a legal document and someone
with half a brain (a lawyer type) is responsible for
writing it up. And then they put it in front of De Liege
to sign (on page 27) and say, we were careful enough to try
to keep you out of serious trouble with the SEC!

Can anyone find a mention of this South American agreement in
the 10-Q? Don't forget to also search for Smart Business
