yes they diluted, but in exchange for cash, which as Yogi said is as good as money. selling stock changes mkt cap and share count but the chart not really. If the market likes or dislikes the deal will show up in the chart. They did not dilute for thin air, on per share basis its a push in terms of book value as cash went up a lot.
