Pity that this guy can lose %50 a day till we hit rock bottom and trading halts.

And so I must wonder aloud why?

Is it because management extracts huge salaries while producing $0 in sales with a construction and roofing company in an area that has been hard hit by storms?

How do you go about putting together a mismanagement team capable of obtaining $0 in sales year after year?

Could this just be a vehicle for Patrick Johnson and his cronies to sell worthless shares of a dormant company to generate exorbitant salaries at the expense of the shareholders?

Can there be any other explanation?
