Yes- this is sooooo true. Years ago they would publish a rat study and the PPS would go up. Now they get a 25% boost in their cash in the form of a grant for a PHASE THREE study in a 14 billion dollar "unmet need" market, and the price is flat?

According to today's article, the company is worth about 70 million. If the phase 3 study receives approval for CLI (a 14 billion dollar market), I will take 50% of that market for PSTI (7 billion) as there are practically no alternatives.

So, take the number of shares you own, and multiply that number of shares by $100- (7 billion market / 70 million net worth).

This is not like rolling the dice- we have the past data to make rationale decisions.
