you're right ss investor, maybe due to being diligent with their SEC filings a lawyer wouldn't have much to work with, except possibly the false promises, now I know when their diluting to the point there is well over a billion shares outstanding get out, take a look at LBRG nice DD its very lean with outstanding shares, seems like a far better gamble, no news at all just steady growth,
