IFUS did not loose the FED case, the FED case accused Marc (IFUS CEO) and IFUS of racketeering. The Judge tossed that out. End of story. Marc and SA have always agreed there was a loan. I wonder why the Federal judge did not give them the right to go after assets to collect on the loan payment? Why is the Federal decision on hold until the state case is decided or settled? Did the judge know that IFUS will win huge damages against the boot brothers to cancel out the loan and more.
