It's hard to imagine what Eric was even thinking, or not thinking. He obviously knows nothing about running a company and growing it's products. Did he honestly think that everyone would know about it's products because he had a few people make up some silly home made youtube videos made up and posted on his web site or blog? Who sees it except the people that already knew about the product? Nobody! It's like making a youtube video of what being in outer space is like and giving it to Neal Armstrong. You think he doesn't already know? We will probably never know exactly why Lorne & Patricia left but it was the nail in the coffin for Winning Brands because sales have been tanking ever since. The only 2 in the company with a brain and Eric let them walk out the door. Eric has burned so mnay bridges behind him. Does he think he will ever get another chance to get back into the retailers that booted him to the curb for poor sales? Not likely. The only way the company continues to survive anymore is because they don't do anything. They don't make anything, they don't fill or label anything, they don't ship anything. They sub it all out. They don't sell enough products to keep a person busy full time making the products. I doubt if sales are much more than $100k a year anymore and a huge chunk of that goes to Surefil that does all the work. I doubt Eric and his helper are eating very high on the hog these days. Of course there is that $12 million raised through dilutions isn't there? Maybe he doesn't need to sell any products to live very well. Even if his shareholders lose everything.
