Didn't you read what Mark Faber said yesterday? Tesla going to 0 they are a pure spec play just like Nevada real estate. If things start to turn south for the stock markets we might get stuck holding those properties and then our debt doesn't get paid off as previously planned.

That all being said, it appears we might just get lucky and sell the real estate before the real downturn starts.
