A+C, If you're referring to $heff, it looks like he's still long, at least he hasn't changed the Buy signal on his board. I followed him somewhat several years back, and he would sometimes stay long right thru binary events. But of course he might just be front running for his own position.

The shareholder vote for the reverse split is next week (Tuesday), so one might expect the CX-1739 results to be released any time now, or alternately they could decide to wait until after the R/S. Either way it should be fairly soon.

The odds are good for favorable CX-1739 RD results based on the previous efficacy shown in the CX-717 RD trial, as long as they didn't experience the 'procedural' type problems encountered in that trial in the first 2 dosing cohorts. In that trial they luckily detected these problems prior to dosing the final 3rd cohort (which was the highest dose level), and strong efficacy was shown.

Respiratory trials can be somewhat tricky to run in general, but barring a repeat of these procedural type problems, the odds for the CX-1739 trial should be very good. CX-1739 is approx 3 times more potent than CX-717.
