I understand that but, not posting financials is very suspect. Up until the last posting, they submitted them regularly. The way he signed his last note to you "with concerned regards" is not very positive. They must have a problem, otherwise they would have submitted. I wonder how the French investor Maurel et Prom feels about this? Financials just do not under normal circumstances take this long. I have no choice but to sit it out, I got my money back when they issued the one time payment.
