Let me start by saying that I am not going to make a habit of serving as a conduit between management and shareholders...

However, I will say that I received a response to my email, and management has agreed to meet with counsel to do their best to put together some sort of update for shareholders (if only to explain why they cannot be as forthcoming as they would like to be at this time).

And it was a very nice letter.

So, here's to the power of positive thinking!
