As a preface i was introduced to RMTD a few years ago when a friend called me told me he was considering buying a position and asked me to research the company...i spent the better part of two days researching the company and came to the conclusion that RMTD was totally worthless...nothing that has happened since has in any way changed my opinion...in fact quite the opposite is true... and i do look at the chat room about one a week because quite frankly i find this chat room extremely entertaining..
As to your first point share structure , issued and unissued shares are NOT assets of a company...as a starting point please refer to RMTD's last Q which i linked in a previous post..notice that assets are listed first...do you see anything referencing shares in the assets ??? than liabilities are listed and than shareholder equity...to the left of shareholder equity there is a table listing authorized and issued common and preferred shares...once again shares ARE NOT an asset... issued and outstanding shares are assets of the individual shareholders that own those shares, authorized but unissued shares are not an asset or a liability... as they do not yet exist they are nothing...if you do not believe this look at the filings of the first 10, 100 or 1,000 reporting companies of your choice using the S.E.C. website...if you can find one that lists shares of the issuing company or share structure as an asset post a link ..YOU WILL NOT FIND ONE AS NONE EXIST...
As to your next point why would this or any company ever make an announcement that the share structure is not an asset of the company that is just so patently true that it would be like the company announcing that next week Saturday will follow Friday...as to this company making any future announcements THE COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST...please provide an address, a phone number , a list of current officers and directors or anything ..please don't say that the stock still trades and the RMTD symbol still exists..the pink sheets is a for profit enterprise and will continue to list anything that the S.E.C has not barred them from listing since RMTD filed the proper form to suspend their reporting requirements the S.E.C has had no reason to suspend the stock ...that is how the pink sheets makes money ..they get a fee every time there is a trade in RMTD or any pink sheet listed stock the fee is infinitesimal but on tens of thousands of stocks I'm sure it adds up quite nicely ..so please do not claim that anyone from RMTD is paying the pink sheets to continue to list the stock ...that is simply not true...as to the fact that the stock can still be transferred the transfer agent collects a fee from the individual shareholder every time a shareholder needs to transfer shares...transfer agents are in business to transfer shares so as long as anyone wants to transfer shares and is willing to pay the fee upfront to effect the transfer the transfer agent will continue to transfer the shares ..so please do not claim that some mysterious group or secret control shareholder is paying the transfer agent...once again that is simply not true .As to the possibility that anyone would use RMTD as a reverse merger vehicle with probably somewhere between 30 and 100 BILLION shares outstanding RMTD even at 0.0001 has a market capitalization of between THREE and TEN MILLION DOLLARS...a clean shell which is defined in the trade as a shell with no liabilities and that is CURRENT in their reporting status is currently worth about TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS on the high side...RMTD had way over a million dollars of unsettled debt even after the foreclosure of all their assets to settle the debt to the secured lenders..and RMTD has not filed financials in over SIX YEARS ....RMTD is totally unusable as a shell and even if by some immense miracle someone took an interest in cleaning up the shell, settled all still outstanding debt and was willing to pay to catch up on six years of audited financial statements in the use of this as a shell current shareholders would receive a tiny fraction of even 0.0001....
As to your third point yes shares of a public company are absolutely as asset in the hands of the owners of those shares...a public company can issue shares to make an acquisition and those shares are an asset in the hands of the former owners of the acquired company...a public company can pay for services in shares grant shares to employees officers and directors and those shares are assets in the hands of the owners of those shares...but the share structure and shares outstanding are not an asset of the issuing company...this is simple basic economics...this is not aimed at or exclusive to RMTD ...this is simply basic economic truth.
cheers and good night
