let's say roche is playing chess, what pieces does he have on the board?

1. ATV, his acorn international NYSE listed company. they've got cash on the balance sheet, so they can be acquisitive if they want. maybe ATV could buy RVUE. we'll call that a knight.

but acorn could also just shovel RVUE a bunch of new contracts. maybe.

let's call ATV issuing contracts a few pawns on the chess board.

2. roche's oak lawn marketing, arguably worth $300M or so, maybe more. that's a private company. how does he realize value from it now, do they pay him a salary, does he get any other reward from it, while docomo owns 51%?

would roche want to monetize that asset by dropping it into a public vehicle like RVUE? if so, overnight the share price here would increase by about $1.15, but this is just me speculating. i'm trying to figure out of the assets roche currently controls, what makes sense?

oak lawn, if docomo agrees to letting him spin it out, that's got to be a queen.

anyway, my point is this is a real company. it's going to grow over time, the story will unfold. so why even think of a specific price target when we have no detail yet about what's going to happen?

for now, why not just imagine the possibilities?
