Heres a response to someone who follows us and was a bit pissed about the dumping. This was forwarded to me when they settled down. As you can easily see this will be short lived down here. Many think they make $5 Million a quarter with the addition of $2 Million from their latest acquisition($22 Million in revs). When in fact they are looking at $40 Million plus this next fiscal year. I had all orders fill today and though closed lower, im not concerned at all. Current OS is 152 Million with a market cap of $547k. With 40 plus Million you can see a 10 bagger on even money. Forget a multiplier. Im telling everyone, dont fear the drop, load it.

200k at 41
200k at 38

Made a nice just under 42 average just on todays buys. Only the very end dropped those 3s. Wont stay down here.

I have done acquisitions with some convertible debt and over my time at Bulova, 15 million of my own money

These acquisitions will have this company back over 40 million in sales annually in our new fiscal year Oct 1 through Sept 30

It makes no sense to convert at these prices and they are almost out of conversion rights

I again assure you I and my family have sold no shares. Further more I am in for the long hall
