this really should not only categorically disqualify him/cause him to be stripped of his nomination -- he clearly should be very seriously investigated, if not immediately arrested, for a charge of incitement to commit murder (as well as for charges under applicable federal laws relating to violence/threatening or inciting violence against current/former government officials/politicians)
