Thanks DD. I have my statement from that time period showing my shares "expired". The whole thing is just so shady. And everything takes so damned long to get resolved in the courts. I've seen people argue that time is on our side... but seriously, these court dates being scheduled for years in advance just make me sick. Is justice really justice if you're dead from old age by the time it's rendered?
