The lawsuit that was filed previously didn't help. Wise up.

Are you suggesting that when IR loaned SCRC in excess of $600k to pay SCRC's vendors so SCRC wouldn't have to file for BK, and that when SCRC didn't pay IR back, that it is IR's fault that they filed a lawsuit? You don't think it is SCRC's shoddy mgmt and falsification of product launches and sales numbers, combined with excessive compensation to criminal pump-and-dump promoters that led to its liquidity crisis that may be to blame? Every one of us, including you and me, would do exactly the same thing IR did if someone or some entity that we loaned $600k+ to refused to pay us back.

IR's suit was filed on 10/11/13 when the sp hit its then historic low of .08 following the epic P&D (which SCRC paid for with both cash and free shares of stock -- toxic stock, BTW, which WAS the opening of the floodgates to where we are now) that had taken the sp north of $1.

IMMEDIATELY following the filing of the suit, beginning the very next trading day, the sp bounced mightily to the .40x levels -- a 5-bagger from its lows. Yes, you are absolutely right, IR's filing of the suit clearly devastated the sp, LOL...

And for the 88th time, go look at the historical tape and lay it side by side against the unlocking dates of the millions upon millions of free and heavily discounted shares that SCRC's company-sponsored homophobic criminal JOSEPH ZAMPETTI, SEAN FITZGIBBONS, BRUCE BERENBERG, ADAM BROSIUS, and many many more Section-17(b) violating promoters were paid. The historical tape doesn't lie. Especially when compared against SEC filings. It tells you that there is a direct correlation between the stock dumping by these illegal promoters and the sp tanking, and that there was ZERO correlation between anything IR did and the sp. But hey, don't let facts stand in your way...

Blaming IR for the sp being down is as asinine as continuing to "buy and hold" when news is all around you telling you that SCRC's sales numbers were fraudulent and that they were kicked out by both of the top 2 pharmacy benefits management companies -- but yet ignoring all this and saying "Come on, if SCRC would only just issue its 15-month old 10Q...".
