No wonder the pps doesn't move.

And as the 10-Q tells us Starcity Capital still has another $121k for conversion at 0.0001.

$121,058 due and payable to Starcity Capital LLC (“Note”) bears no interest, is payable on April 1, 2016 and permits conversion at the Holder’s option into common shares of the Company under the following terms and conditions

Will be hard to move over 0,0002 imo because Starcity will dump on every small bump.
