RMTD assets (patents, trademarks, domain name etc) share structure are one in the same. They're tied together....all under the same umbrella...previously owned by Telogis and
now owned by Verizon.

There have never been and official PR or literature from the company to state that there is absolutely NO connection between it's hard assets, intellectual properties and company shares...and I highly doubt there ever will be.

I have provided links about the true meaning of assets on here before that demonstrates a company's shares are considered assets...no matter what the pps value.

Case in point: The only reason RMTDs stock never took off when Telogis came in the picture is because the acquiring company was private. Had Telogis been a public company, then it would of been an entirely different story in regards to the RMTDs pps.
