I have no problem dropping the "scam" label for a point of discussion. It's enough to discuss the supposed viability of the project. Not just the viability of getting it built and having it work as proclaimed but the viability of getting financing.
All that, in fact, HAS already been discussed. So all we're waiting for now is either progress or failure.
Btw, the City of San Luis is going along with what the law requires of them. Other than man hours spent by City officials, it costs them nothing to allow SWET to go through the permitting process. Their actions and comments are not to be taken as any proof of legitimacy. Especially if the person speaking has taken a flyer on this OTC ticker based on Pickett's BS.
