Sold out of my IRT today, originally started buying in the 9's and then kept adding lower. Meanwhile we had over a year and 1/2 of divy in this trade. Stock has had a huge run from the lows of the year it was in the 6's, and ran over $2 from the lows of late june. The RSI is 75, and where it really shows it is over brought is the MACD, man has that gone parabolic. Feel like the stock is starting to get toppy would love to buy it back on weakness say sub $9 maybe. I feel FV is around $10.50, just not enough upside to hold considering over brought conditions at this point. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
