It's a shame that people have to go on-line to buy an all purpose cleaner. That's like going on-line to buy your dish soap or tooth paste. These are items people use every day and want to pick up at their local grocery or dept. store when they do their weekly shopping. I'm sure this is a big reason sales remain so poor.
Another problem is that when Eric is able to get the product in stores, like Spartan and others, it's not long before the product is discontinued because of poor sales.
So what do you do when you have a product that doesn't sell well on-line or in retail stores? I suppose you could advertise but Eric has chosen not to do that.
