The case brought against Joe Wagner and his accomplices is not a civil case. It's a Federal RICO case (Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act). This is a full blown felony case with reams of evidence favoring both XA/CMG. The judge overseeing the case unfortunately appears to be in no hurry to get the trial moving forward. That eventually will have to change. When? That's the multi million dollar question.
