Legit? in what sense. They've been around since 2008-
check the SEC filings. They may have not timely filed
(many times) but caught up,not had sound financial controls for quite a while but managebto pass audit(read SEC filings),had numerous stock deals (Sales-PIK)issuing all kinds of derivitive
securities,had "toxic stock" and cleaned it up ,were almost out of cash several times but found money and had a myriad of investor groups come and go since then-but they have met all the "rules" and
are still around. Survivors, bright future ahead, maybe
Barry is taking another "bite of the apple", and they are
in a hot investment space. The fat lady is putting her
makeup on. Getting ready to rock n'roll again.
