You say that you just hate to see CDG stealing shareholders money.

Such an admirable, warmhearted position.
But it makes me curious.

Just exactly what shareholders are you worried about?

I know you're not talking about Mr. Winfield or his companies.

Is it the preferred shareholders who bought in at the reorganization? They're pretty wealthy lads and probably know how to take care of themselves. I doubt that you mean those investors.

And I really can't see your heart bleeding for very many of the institutional investors, if any.

Maybe you mean the folks who grabbed up big chunks of shares during the various dilution issues. Nah, they knew what they were doing.

Add 'em up and that is the majority of the shareholders. A really big majority, more than two thirds and possibly over three quarters.

Now as to the little guys such as myself, well you know that we get our shares on the open market which doesn't put a dime in CDG's pocket. You do know that his million plus shares are only worth what the market will pay if and when he sells them, right?

So just whose pocket is getting picked by the CEO?
