I'm just curious to find out what's going on.

Oh, come to think of it, maybe Mr. Market is starting
to realize that if you can't even spell the name of
the country that you allegedly signed a "meaningful"
deal with and you don't even file Form 8-K with the
SEC, then this whole thing is nothing but an elaborate
stock manipulation scheme?!
