I did some research on Mr. Fröberg's Board associations

After Dignita Systems announced the promotion of our CEO to his 9th BOD position in a recent news article, I couldn't help my curiosity and spent some time digging the board roles of Niclas Fröberg.
It turns out, Mr. Fröberg is actually associated with 12 (+1) corporate boards, including the expected advisory role at Dignita Systems.

Most of these activities are, in fact, linked to the core business of United Communications Partners, some roles may be a passive interest or hobby, and some raise questions of why the companies actually exist. One company in particular, needs further scrutiny / explanation.

Another inactive mystery company that lacks purpose and a business. Named a subsidiary of Tre Kronor Media and Reklam AB and controlled by local management. Why does this company exist?

If Tre Kronor Media and Reklam AB handles the Nordic Business of Local Planet Media, what is the purpose of a separate company with its own BOD? Executive management of Tre Kronor Media and Reklam AB share control of this company. The company was registered in May 2016, shortly after the announcement of Tre Kronor Media joining Local Planet as a founding member. As opposed to the New Ad Agency AB, this company is NOT named a subsidiary of Tre Kronor Media and Reklam AB. If the investment in the Local Planet Media Network was not made from Tre Kronor Media and Reklam AB or its investment arm Tre Kronor Holding AB, and if Local Planet AB is independent of these companies, will revenues generated by this partnership be consolidated to Tre Kronor Media, and hence, UCPA's financial statement? At the very least, this company raises a red flag that needs comment from management,

This maybe the company that is referenced in UCPA financial statements under “Related Party Transactions”: “During the year ended December 31, 2015, the CEO and Director of the Board, former President and Chairman of the Board, received a fee of $71,146 through a company controlled by the CEO and Director of the Board. The fee was classified as a component of selling, general and administrative expenses.”
