Okay, Cesca has received its $2.5 million dollars in working capital from institutional investors. The company should be closing the registered of direct offering on August the 9th as stated in the press release. I would like to re-start my investment the day before the news is announce of the closing. I'am looking forward to a great return on my investment. As many of us know KOOL is known for PPS spike re-turns in the last several months.


The company lead product SurgWerks System is showing positive progress. The procedures is working for patients with Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI) disease.
