Ok - on the charts -

I stretched the daily out more here and it's interesting that the EMA ribbons are tight and show consolidation from 4/12 to 4/13 roughly. There was a big dump on earnings in August 2012 and a big jump in May 2013. After that jump the EMA trend turned postive and stayed that way unti September when the stock ran.

Then there was another dump in April 2014. We know that this sort of price move is manufactured by HFT and shorts who cover with options. The stock consolidated from July 2014 until the jump in January 2015.

The 2015 high was more dramatic and topped out 25% higher than the previous one - do you know how much institutional interest changed from the 2014 to 2015 peak?

In late 2015 the stock went into a consolidation mode similar to the 2014 scenario but then was knocked out of that pattern by market conditions. I believe we have (or perhaps are still - but I agree on the apparent reversal) a situation similar to the tech wreck where a lot of founders lost control of important IP due to market conditions. IMO we have similar intent here.

Notice the bounce gets harder with each wave.
