Supply Crotty's office with a copy of Femia's "affidavit" where Femia claims to have all 328 Million shares.

Add the DTCC run sheet showing TDA "controls" over 117 Million shares of BCIT and therefore, should 100% be able to provide a certificate.

Unless Femia lied (and he's so screwed it's not funny).
