I remember. And had he been able to keep an eye on the actual business and pay down the notes we would be in much, much, better shape. But paying down notes and losing the entire business is not a success. Glen is essentially the "company" so as it fails he fails - my criticism is on the investment and results that happen. Is he a great guy? Probably but who cares? If he brings this back to over a penny I'll praise and kiss the ring but there has been zero results on this and chasing a civil suit is not creating a business. Plus it hasn't even been fun being an investor lately :)
