I doubt there would be any interest on the part of a judge to impose sentence on someone who has not received any such information. It certainly makes them look bad in front of tbeir peers to be held up to ridicule.

There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity.
