And to add the $225,000 in "consulting fees" paid to him in the form of $3M+ shares R/S.
I believe they are currently restricted so here I wait like an idiot for the next pump which in my opinion happens when those shares are no longer restricted and he can sell into his pump. Maybe 6 months from issue but who knows....
