I am not sure that I would agree with the overvalued, bad management statement. They are less than 18 PE, making money, but not as much as analysts hoped, ABC is improving and the only problem has been ESPN and despite ESPN, they are still making good money. Of course, a downturn in the economy will send all stocks down, including DIS. You may be right in your statements, can you be more specific why you believe in your position?
