See my post on the illegal, naked short seller. Without this illicit activity, there is no telling what the price would be. Longs would not be willing to sell a stock that will pay a $.30 dividend for less than $6; book value is about $7.

Like I said before, if the price goes up, Carnie will get a margin call that they can't cover. This will bankrupt Geo.
