My theory here was that once Shaheen, Stoecklien, and the bad accountant were out of the picture and once Haddock firmly held the reins, then IDLM was going to (a) get on a better track regarding reporting, SEC, investor relations, etc and (b) do massive merchandising deals using the Datpiff brand to help sell cannabis merchandise. And I believe that I was very much on target with my assumptions -- until the accounting mess proved intractable and until Frasier proved impossible for Haddock to work with.
So, here we sit waiting for the next shoe to drop. Will Frasier mature into a reasonable CEO and produce a reasonable set of books? Will he sell to someone who has a greater thirst for growth such that they are willing to sign deals placed in front of them? Will IDLM eventually get bought out? I don't know. But I'm in too deeply to sell -- and in a strange way I still believe in this company.
