Ucore Announces Sudden Passing of Chief Operating Officer Ken Collison

August 2, 2016 – HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA – Ucore Rare Metals, Inc. (TSXV:UCU) (OTCQX:UURAF) (“Ucore” or the “Company”) announces with immense sadness the passing of Ken Collison, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.
