Year 2008

Asia Cosmos Group Limited Established.

Year 2010

Asia Cosmos Immigration Limited Established;
Served as the general distributor of WALEX – FQ Fun Game in Hong Kong;
To promote financial education and international financial concepts in China Region;
Successfully held the first WALEX financial education program;
Obtained real estate license to provide high quality estates to high net worth Hong Kong immigration clients;
Awarded Walton International Group's "2010 Most Outstanding Performance Award".

Year 2011

Jointly held financial education activities with HSBC China;
Jointly held financial education activity with China Mobile Communications Corporation and Hutchison Whampoa;
Became the strategic partner with the Mission Hills Golf Club;
Awarded "2010 Most Outstanding MPF Sales Award" by Principal Hong Kong Limited.

Year 2012

Developed the non-bias "My Advisory" handbook to analyze and compare products of various insurance companies for clients to make their decisions easier;
Further built up our company image by strengthening marketing through different media and television advertising;
Participated in the 55th Asia Pacific Film Festival and jointly held the "Jinbishengyan Wine Event" with global agent of Jinbishengyan of Wuliangye and The Venetian Macao.

Year 2013

Focused developing on immigration service to Hong Kong and the United States and introduced a famous fast food chain as the program of US immigration;
Enhanced wealth planning and asset allocation services to high net worth clients, especially the immigration clients.

Year 2014

Signed the cooperation agreement with the largest Chinese-capital law firm in Hong Kong;
Established a representative office in Beijing;
Enhanced company's management through strengthening internal operating process and systemic management.

Year 2015

Prepared for listing in the US Stock Exchange and successfully listed in the first quarter of 2016;
Officially changed the name of the Group to Cosmos Group after mergers and acquisitions and new investors and management team had been introduced into the group;
The Group has been expanded from a single financial platform to a conglomerate.
