Couple days from the reporting by LADR and our REIT is steady as she goes...
BTW the big winner on a bloodletting day for me was the small position granted me by the crooks who stole NTI... WNR was up $1.32 after they reported lots of income...dah! and the board will throw us their customary .38 bone, but the yield is over 7%. :o)
BTW Schwab adjusted the CB down to earth... from 72 to 20. OK so I am up 700 or $2.36/ share since the June EOdeal. Won't buy more cuz I don't like those guys but I will accept their newfound cash flow and hold my breath for a tiny increase in D... then unload on a spike, lol Expect it to happen when dust settles from their dealings, or oil goes much higher next year....maybe.
