The purchases you are referring to are actually the 3 directors issuing themselves over $32,000 worth of shares valued at .0036. The shares were issued in lieu of accrued compensation and/or expense reimbursements for the previous Quarter. It happens every Quarter and the share amount fluctuates based on share price.
