SPX 5, 1 hr & RUT 30 , 1 hr: The fork patterns look good and agree with the larger forks in the 1 hr charts. RUT target 1318, SPX 2213. Of course I could be wrong. Edit: RUT has a large run to make the target, if I'm right about this, the small and micro caps should start zipping along here.
