I doubt you ever will. I think what they did was to cancel that 97MM share certificate originally issued to pay for Besado (and to be distributed to DKTS shareholders). My guess is that they raised the ISBG A/S and then issued a butt-load of shares to the DKTS lenders, who actually have some leverage, to get them off ISBG's back (no telling how many they had to issue but it had to be in the hundreds of millions at least I would guess, considering what the PPS was at the time of the "purchase"). In the meantime, issue a bunch of BS press releases talking about buybacks and "major news" coming to help get those shares dumped into the market. As far as common DKTS shareholders go, though, I think they're just assuming nobody will ever do anything if they never wind up getting shares.
