Don't be too critical of American companies moving jobs out of the country. Some do it in order to survive rather than go bankrupt. Those countries don't have the same rules, regulations and costs that we do here. We need a reduction in regulations in order to keep jobs here. Companies are in business to make money. I've noticed that when they do they are a lot more generous with their pay and benefits. In the case of the MyCadian, it can save lives, cut insurance costs, and improve the quality of the lives of the employees. All the right things. Win win win all the way around. I have high hopes for this product because it makes a lot of sense for all concerned but I know there are no guarantees. My fingers remain crossed.
