Your statement claims he still owns substantial shares.

It doesn't matter how long ago he acquired them - if he owned them, he had to declare them in his bankruptcy filing.

If he declared them, then they would have been liquidated to satisfy his debts.

If he didn't declare them, then he perpetrated a fraud on the courts.
