The point that Sears had to do house arrest is no knew news.. not to people who have been here for a long time. As I said before.. No one has been arrested for this specific halt of the stock and move to the greys. The FBI raided. They confiscated computers and seized funds and then no one was arrested or charged with anything... Nothing. Not even Sears. I saw Fusion Pharm a year ago and Sears and Dittman at a trade show with a pod in my home town about a year ago. I don't know what the FBI has or doesn't have but you would think 24 months would be long enough to make a case.
