You have some people that thing that by posting SoUm's Newsroom link from their website everything is OK. Well, IT IS NOT. Let me provide you with the link from their website that is more telling about their incompetence:

They have LEFT blank the Annual Report for 2015 and ALL reports for 2016 which include: Q1, Q2.


Where are the financials!!
What is SoOum hiding!!!
Where is the proof of any revenue
Where is the proof of any assets

Also let's not forget this PR:
"The contracts have been signed, and shipping will commence this month -- April 2016. The trade arrangement will continue for 1-year, thereafter. Initial revenue generated will be approximately $170,600.00 USD for the first month's delivery. Each month, shipment quantities will be re-evaluated to coincide with the buyer's demand for the product, and can vary from month-to-month"

You think if the revenue from the Asian deal was real SoOum would at least have a few dollars leftover to pay for 2015 yearly annual and 2016 quarterly financials.

I'm calling this contract also a LIE!!!

Yield Sign that soon WILL turn to Stop Sign
Where is the 2015 yearly financials
Where are the 2016 quarterly financials
$3 million in debt and $7 million in liabilities
440 million shares to insiders
A PR company, Yes International with a portfolio of companies with Yield and Stop signs.

BTW come September 2016, the company will be 1 YEAR from submitting ANY financial disclosures. Which means that it will probably be downlisted from Yield Sign to Stop Sign!!!
